To start our work together, please read the main conditions for custom orders:
Photos & References: For my work, I will need 2-3 clear photos (a close-up of the face/front view), as well as photos of the desired clothing.
Processing Time: On average, creating a doll takes up to 2 weeks. I will add your order to my work schedule only after we have discussed all the details, agreed on the photos and the concept of the doll, and the payment has been completed.
Approving Details: During the creation process, we will definitely discuss the eye and hair colors. If we cannot find the exact matching materials, we will stay in touch to quickly choose alternative fabrics or clothing options.
Working Style: Please keep in mind that a portrait doll is not an exact anatomical copy. It is an artist's vision—a stylized, cute, and cartoon-like character.
Photos Before Shipping: Before sending the finished work, I will send you detailed photos of the doll. At this stage, we can make minor adjustments. The order will be shipped only after your final approval.

Returns: Because every piece is individually handcrafted to your custom order, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
