Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for items that are not made to order or personalized. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at alj1tf@gmail.com.

Where possible, please include photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Items

Portrait dolls created from a customer's photograph, as well as other products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized for an individual customer, are generally not eligible for return due to a change of mind where applicable law provides for such an exception.

This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Sale Items

Purchasing an item at a discounted or sale price does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have to return an item, receive a refund, or make a claim where provided by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a standard, non-personalized item, please contact us first at alj1tf@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a standard distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.

Certain exceptions may apply, including to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

United Kingdom – 14-Day Cancellation Right

For standard goods purchased online by customers in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After notifying us of your cancellation, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law.

The right to cancel due to a change of mind may not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights regarding goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you or required by applicable law.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within the time limits required by applicable law.
